Today’s employees often face a long sedentary day in front of a computer screen. Physical exercise alone may not be enough to cope with the stresses of the workplace, to stay focused and present.
No matter your age, strength or flexibility level, yoga is for everyone. Yoga combines physical activity with breath to reduce stress, control weight, relieve lower back pain, and enhance focus.
I can give 1h class to small groups according to the space in your offices. Participants will have to buy their own mat. Classes can be done either in the morning early as an energizing sequence of movements and some breathing techniques for relaxation, or at lunch time, or even at the evening after working hours streching and relaxing instead of being stuck in the traffic!!
"Fun Days" : If you organize for your team a day of various activities, I can offer: the basic of Pilates for people who never have attended a class, same with yoga, yoga for couples, shiatsu for couples, techniques of meditation, techniques of breathing and reducing stress, lectures on different subject such as Ayurveda - the wholistic system of medicine from India , Ashtanga the 8 limbs of yoga and the yoga philosophy -, the chakras -center of energies...
