I can give 1h or 1.30 h class to small groups according to the space in your offices. Participants will have to buy their own mat.
"Fun Days" : If you organize for your team a day of various activities, I can offer: the basic of Pilates for people who never have attended a class, same with yoga, yoga for couples, shiatsu for couples, techniques of meditation and breathing to reduce stress and improve focus.
